The future looks bright, and with solid educational opportunities, the children of Afghanistan will lead the way forward.

Do not underestimate your ability to get involved in the reconstruction of the ruined educational facilities in Afghanistan. This is a unique opportunity for you to participate and join our active EHFAA Team. Together we can help assist the hundreds of thousands of unfortunate Afghan students who are in dire need of quality education. You can contribute to this historic effort to restore Afghanistan’s once prestigious educational institutions.

EHFAA OBJECTIVES

Before the tragic events of September 11, 2001, our beloved country Afghanistan, was suffering horribly. After decades of civil and external wars, our nation was devastated. Like most of the country’s infrastructure and institutions, the schools and educational systems were totally demolished. Once the transitional government was established,  Afghan people's main priorities were to rebuild the once highly esteemed universities and schools throughout the country. With no other means available, they expected assistance and help from their relatives, brothers, and sisters living abroad.

The goals and objectives of EHFAA, a non-political, non-profit 501(c)(3), and secular (non-religious) association, is to reach and assist the Afghan educational systems and the students, who are in dire need of school buildings, classrooms, chairs, desks, books, and school supplies. EHFAA delivers aid throughout Afghanistan, and every penny counts towards making an Afghan child’s dreams come true.

EHFAA GROUND RULES AND PROCEDURES

Based on the successful completion and achievements of the above projects, we can declare that EHFAA is unique and different than many other aid organizations in many respects as outlined under.

• HAS NO AFFILIATION WITH ANY POLITICAL PARTY, RELIGIOUS GROUP, OR GOVERNMENT.
  
• THE MAJORITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION COSTS ARE PAID BY THE EXECUTIVES.
  
• HAS TRANSPARENT ACCOUNTING AND MEETS BOTH AMERICAN AND AFGHANI LAWS.
  
• 100% OF THE DONATIONS ARE DIRECTED TOWARD THE CONSTRUCTION COSTS.
  
• OTHER COSTS SUCH AS AIRFARE, VISITS, SUPPLIES, COMMUNICATIONS AND SURVEYS ARE PAID BY THE EXECUTIVES.
  
• HAS A LOCALLY HIRED COORDINATOR WHO WIELDS TOTAL CONTROL OF THE PROJECT FROM START TO COMPLETION WITH REGULAR PROGRESS REPORTS TO EXECUTIVES IN THE UNITED STATES.
  
• THE COORDINATOR PROVIDES ALL THE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS ON THE PROJECT SITES AND HIRES BUILDERS ON A CONTRACT FOR LABOR. THIS AVOIDS THIRD PARTY COSTS.
  
• THE COORDINATOR ACQUIRES A GOVERNMENT PERMIT BEFORE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS.
  
• SOME MEMBERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR INAUGURATION AND FORMALITIES IN AFGHANISTAN.
  
• WELCOMES ANY AND ALL CONSTRUCTIVE COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS.
